The silicone is smooth and comfortable, and the small one was perfect for starting out. I moved up to the medium after about a week, and the difference felt gradual rather than jarring.

Starting with the small one was way less intimidating than I expected, and the smooth silicone beads make each step feel comfortable. The progression to medium and large is well-paced, and having all three in one set makes it a solid value for anyone curious about training.

The colored finish on these is smoother than I expected, which made the warm-up steps feel more comfortable. The jumps between small, medium, and large are a bit steep for my liking, but the larger ones really deliver the stretch once you’re ready.
